SMART Online Dispute Resolution Portal

The Securities Market Approach for Resolution through ODR (SMART ODR) Portal is a mechanism established by SEBI to resolve disputes between investors and listed companies or intermediaries, such as Gawade Landmark. It offers a streamlined, digital-first approach to conciliation and arbitration, making dispute resolution more accessible and efficient.

1. Lodge a Complaint with Us: As a first step, we request you to raise your grievance directly with our Investor Relations department. We are committed to resolving your concerns promptly.
2. Escalate through SCORES: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 21 days, you can escalate the matter by lodging a complaint on the SEBI SCORES platform.
3. Initiate ODR: If you are still not satisfied with the resolution, you may initiate dispute resolution through the SMART ODR Portal. The case will then be referred to an independent ODR institution.
