In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, Gawade Landmark is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for resolving disputes for its investors. The circular mandates the implementation of a common Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism to facilitate the resolution of all disputes arising in the Indian securities market.

The ODR Portal is a common, independent platform that leverages online conciliation and arbitration to resolve disputes between investors and listed companies or specified intermediaries. It is designed to be a convenient, efficient, and transparent alternative to traditional legal routes, making justice more accessible for all parties involved.
